30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Start a Return Contact us at filippawlus2011@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

- Items used or assembled outdoors
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items without original packaging
Return Shipping The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
